Welcome to a sacred journey of self-discovery and empowerment, where the whispers of your inner wisdom guide you toward 'The Gift of You'.

During this sacred journey you will have the opportunity to dive deep into the wellspring of your soul, unearthing the treasures of boundaries, desires, and the true essence of your being.   As we journey together through the process of exploration and inquiry, you will  learn the art of holding space for yourself and others. 

In holy connection with self and others, you will embody the delicate dance between giving and receiving from the depths of your own being.   Together, we shall unveil the art of hearing and speaking our sacred “Yes and No”, embarking on a profound voyage of self-realization, and nurturing the flames of our deepest desires.

This voyage is not just about understanding who you are, but also about celebrating and honoring the full expression of your unique worth and strength.

We have carefully curated this immersive embodiment retreat and  Grandmother ceremony with the intention of providing a space where you can meditate, dance, sing, connect, pray and heal in an intimate circle of growth-minded sisters.

The Gift to You Retreat is an an entire weekend for you to be witnessed, acknowledged, invited ,celebrated, and welcomed. 

As we enter the magical space of this ceremony, we will meditate and pray with sacred sacraments, commune with plant medicine allies, and open our hearts to learn from the deep wisdom of our holy bodies and true nature. 

Together, we will weave the threads of our individual journeys into the tapestry of our sisterhood and our collective healing experience.  

The sacred sacrament we will be working with provides a profound expansion of conscious awareness, capable of realigning our perception, cognition, moods and behavioral patterns.   By tapping into our primal relationship with our body's physiological sensations, and fully embodying the wisdom of our emotions, pathways are opened for stagnant energy and trauma to heal and process through the mind, heart and body in ways that truly re-write the meaning of our life.

MEET THE FACILITATORS 

Dr. Serafina Ankhalla, DNP 

is a Medicine Woman, Relationship and Personal Transformation Guide, Somatic Healer, and Psychedelic Integration Practitioner.  She also does healing and transformation work as a Tantrika and Shamanatrix. Drawing from her extensive experience in Western medicine and comprehensive training in relationship psychology, trauma-informed practices, sacred sexuality, and the shamanic arts, Dr. Serafina assists clients to heal their body, mind, and spirit, and reach their fullest potential as creators of their desired life. 

In her healing ceremonies, Dr. Serafina integrates various ancient tools such as plant medicines, breathwork, movement, sound therapy, song circles, intuitive touch healing practices, as well as intimate communication exercises and pleasure-based methods to guide people through powerful inner journeys. She provides a ceremonial space where clients can work on aligning their physicality with their emotions, psychology and spirituality, and gain a profound understanding of themselves and their relationships with others.

Viraja Prema, PhDc HHP 

has been a practicing Holistic Health Practitioner, Energy Worker, Shamanic Healing Facilitator, Medicine Woman and Somatic Love and Relationship Coach for 25 years. Viraja's PhD level education spans the study of Eastern and Western approaches to health, consciousness and psychology, entitled Integral Health.   As a mother of two, Viraja has needed to learn how to be an integrated Dakini and Tantrika in today's modern world. 

As an advocate for empowered embodiment and healthy intimacy, Viraja helps others find their alignment with their body, heart, mind, soul and eros: Ensoulment for Enlifenment. She helps you dive deep into your inner child, embrace your mature adult self, and tap into your higher self for guidance and wisdom.  

Viraja has spent over 15,000 hours helping thousands of people in the fields of embodiment, personal growth and development, intimacy and relating, healing and empowerment, spirituality and awakening.   She offers her private practice, group facilitation  and public speaking internationally.  Viraja has appeared on the Anderson Cooper Show, SHOWTIME, NBC, CBS, Tantra Theater,  Talk Radio, and various podcasts, festivals and stages around the world.
