A 6-week course to understanding yourself through the lense of a Dakini.

A container created for women to have a safe space to develop and practice within a sisterhood of other women committed to their discovery and empowerment.

Practices to heal, witness and reflect our true essence.  Heal past traumas that caused hiding and shut down. Welcome and celebrate the unique gifts you are here to be and share.

It is from within and without that we are connected to ourselves, each other and all that is.  This support guides you to finding and refining your connection to yourself, your own center.  Sourcing is the way in which you connect with resource and that which fuels you, This course will help you find and refine this access. 

We experience life and the world through our senses and how we connect the energy within and around us.  Which pathways have you been using?  There are also different aspects... physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, soul.  This training shares the differences and helps you know your own and how to work more with this in your own life. 

Community service, care and offerings.  Mutuality and expansion.  Seeing and being seen.  Receiving and giving.  Sacred Reciprocity.  Living in honor and also inter-dependency.
